Wilson Lumber Receives "Top Tiger" Award

Wilson Lumber has been named a 2021-22 Top Tiger by Auburn University and the Harbert College of Business.

“Top Tiger” honorees are among the fastest-growing companies founded, owned or led by Auburn University alumni. Wilson Lumber owners Robb Wilson (93), Russ Wilson (99) and Mark Wilson (07) are all alumni of Auburn University and the Harbert College of Business.

Wilson Lumber was one of 54 businesses recognized with the Top Tiger award for exceptional growth, revenue and entrepreneurial spirit.

"We are proud to be recognized by our alma mater, Auburn University Harbert College of Business, as a Top Tiger," said Russ Wilson. "We're proud of our legacy, excited for our future, and grateful for all of our great teammates (regardless of which college they root for) who have accomplished so much!"

Co-sponsored by the Harbert College and Warren Averett CPAs and Advisors, the companies were selected based on their compounded annual growth rates as measured over a three-year period. They were ranked according to total revenue and operations in a manner consistent with the Auburn Creed.
